There is a graph showing the level of satisfaction of the staff in 4 colleges. The satisfaction of college A is the highest at the beginning. The situation with it is more or less stable first till it starts decreasing after 1995 and reaches 40% and the end of the period. The situation with the rating of college B seems similar at its start – it keeps moving up and down between 45 and 60 % from 1991 to 1997 and after that it keeps stable during 3 years – from 1997 to 1999 and then moves higher till 70%. The satisfaction of the rating of college D keeps around 40% from the beginning and up to 1997 and after that it starts falling down first slowly and faster after 2000 to 20 % eventually. College C has the lowest rating level of satisfaction among other colleges at first – it starts under 30% that is 2 times less then college A has at the beginning. After 1995 it climbs down to 10% and in 1998 we can observe a sudden rise under 70%, it continues improving and reaches 80% at the end of the period and gets the highest satisfaction level.
