Report: Irritants for theater-goers The bar chart illustrates what disturbs theater-goers during performances at the theater. It is immediately apparent from the bar chart that 90% of theater-goers are irritated by rustling sweet papers. Coughing during the performance and arriving late irritate approximately 80% of people. The bar chart also shows us that armrest hogging, flash photography and big hairdos are least disturbing, only 20% of theater-goers draw their attention to it. The chart indicates a very interesting fact - tall people annoy 30% of pollees by obscuring the view of the stage. The same percentage of people is distracted when someone snores during the performance. The bar chart illustrates that a half of the theater-goers pays no regard for mobile phones. From the chart we can also see that almost more than a half of pollees are disturbed when people whisper during the performance. According to these results of the poll we can draw the following conclusion: taking more than one armrest is the least irritant during the performance and rustling sweet papers on the contrary is the main irritant for the theater-goers.
